Welcome, and thank you for your interest in TypeDrama ("TypeDrama," "we," or "us") and our website at https://typedrama.com/ ("Site"). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and TypeDrama regarding your use of the Service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," OR BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. TypeDrama Service Overview

TypeDrama is an AI-powered platform for creating dramatic content, scripts, and interactive stories. TypeDrama may add or remove features and AI models from the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 13 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your registration and use of the Service is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users under 18 require parent or guardian permission.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment

4.1 Pre-Paid Credits; Refunds

Access to certain features requires you to pay fees for pre-paid credits ("Credits"). Minimum purchase: $10, maximum: $5,000 per transaction. Refunds for unused Credits may be requested within 24 hours from transaction. After 24 hours, unused Credits become non-refundable. Platform fees are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments are never refundable.

4.2 Credit Expiration; Auto Recharge

TypeDrama reserves the right to expire unused credits 365 days after purchase. An Auto Recharge option is available — it automatically charges your payment method when Credits fall below a threshold you set.

4.3 Currency; Payment Processing

All payments are in U.S. dollars. You represent that any cryptocurrency funds used do not constitute proceeds of a financial crime.

4.4 Changes to Fees

TypeDrama will provide advance notice of fee changes. If you do not accept the changes, TypeDrama may discontinue providing the Service to you.

5. User Content

5.1 User Content Generally

You provide Input (images, data, text, etc.) and receive Output. You retain copyright in your Input. Ownership of Output is governed by each AI model's Terms. TypeDrama has opted out of model training where possible.

5.2 License for Logged Content

If you opt into logging features, you grant TypeDrama a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your User Content for providing the Services and commercial purposes.

5.3 Input Representations and Warranties

You are solely responsible for your Inputs. You affirm you own or have rights to the Inputs, and that your Inputs do not infringe any third-party rights.

5.4 Input and User Content Disclaimer

TypeDrama is not responsible for Inputs. TypeDrama may screen, remove, edit, or block Inputs that violate these Terms or are objectionable or illegal. TypeDrama expressly disclaims all liability in connection with User Content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

BY USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE NOT TO:

  1. Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  2. Create false identities, misrepresent your identity, or create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
  3. Use software, devices, scripts, robots or other automated means to scrape or copy any information from the Service.
  4. Bypass any technical anti-scraping or security measures implemented by TypeDrama.
  5. Violate any third-party right, including any intellectual property rights.
  6. Post, upload, or distribute any unlawful content or content not compliant with these Terms.
  7. Interfere with security-related features of the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer the Service.
  8. Interfere with the operation of the Service (viruses, unsolicited ads, data harvesting, or disrupting networks).
  9. Perform any fraudulent activity including impersonating any person or entity.
  10. Sell or transfer your access granted under these Terms.
  11. Attempt any of the above or assist others in doing so.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account by contacting customer service. If you violate these Terms, your permission to use the Service terminates automatically and unused Credits will not be refunded. TypeDrama may also terminate accounts at any time for any reason. Any Credits remaining upon TypeDrama-initiated termination (for non-violation reasons) will be refunded within 30 days.

8. Privacy Policy; Additional Terms

The TypeDrama Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your use of the Service is subject to all Additional Terms that are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Privacy Policy.

9. Modification of these Terms

For material changes to your rights or obligations, TypeDrama will provide 30 days advance notice via email or in-product notification. Your continued use of the Service constitutes consent to material changes. All other changes are effective as soon as posted.

10. Ownership; Proprietary Rights

The Service is owned and operated by TypeDrama. All Materials are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of TypeDrama or its third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by these Terms, you may not make use of the Materials.

11. Feedback

If you provide Feedback (suggestions, improvements, ideas), you grant TypeDrama an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, without compensation to you.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify TypeDrama from and against every claim arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of any portion of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any dispute between you and any third party.

13. Disclaimers; No Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TYPEDRAMA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TYPEDRAMA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR QUALITY OF ANY OUTPUT GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TYPEDRAMA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100.

15. Consent to Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from TypeDrama as described in the Privacy Policy.
